After the Sale
After your payment is received your order will be processed and your card will be dispatched via email as a Jpeg attachment to the email address registered to your PayPal account.
If you are a first time buyer your order will need to be verified. This security procedure is to ensure you have authorised the payment from your account. This verification process may be done via telephone or email.
The card will not be dispatched via post as it is a digital product.
Not received your card?
Please ensure you take the following steps before contacting us.
1) You have checked your spam/junk mail folders.
2) You have checked the email address registered to your PayPal account (make sure you have access to this email account).
Our opening hours are 09:00-01:00 GMT 7 days a week.
If you have not received your card within 2 hours and it is within our opening hours please contact us via the contact form below or the live chat option. We will be glad to assist.
We offer an outstanding live email support service. Our average response time is between 5-10 minutes.

Keep an eye on your Spam/Junk filters
If this is your first order from us, remember to keep an eye on your spam and junk mail folders, it may be possible that your attachment has been moved into your spam/junk by your internet service provider.
