The rumours were right, Microsoft has decides to get rid of the 60GB Xbox 360 Premium and replace it with a powerful yet cheaper120GB Xbox 360 Elite.  This it seems has been done as a direct attack on the PS3 Slim.   Watch this space for more news as we are expecting an announcement from Gamescom this week.
